The ultimate responsibility for the health of the church will reside with those who are called, anointed, appointed or voted into office. If these leaders cannot conquer the challenges in their personal lives; how can they effectively work together as a team and conquer the challenges of church leadership. Phillips & Jethro utilizes a process called “Heart Scan...Digital Truth” to search the hearts of church leaders and to provide a personal assessment of the leadership team. Heart Scan helps you look at the entire leadership team through one’s own eyes. It takes the pulse of all of the leaders rather than relying on feedback from the vocal minority. The assessment measures these personal essentials:

Each leader answers the questions privately and anonymously, the combined results of all participants are tallied and become instantly available for the senior leadership or senior pastor review.

 

If the participants responded honestly, the captured data will give leadership a clear view of the personal lives of the leadership team.  Pastors will be able to offer specific prayers to God for the leadership team, address the needs of the leaders either through counseling, sermons, or other ministering resources.
