Understanding the Vision

 

A good follower is one who understands the vision, supports the one who leads, carries their own load and shares responsibilities.

 

Although the vision of  a church or organization is usually initially discerned by individual leaders or small leadership groups, it will need to be shared and developed by a much larger group of people if it is to become reality.
