Churches are also responsible for travel costs ( mileage, air fare, parking and tolls, lodging, meals and if applicable, rental car expenses and the costs of materials used in the consultation. |

Cost calculations are based on time spent with the congregation and/or its leadership team. The fee for a 2 day Church Retreat is $1500 while a 2 day Strategic Planning Summit is only $2300. The standard fee for on-site consultation is $800 per day. Hourly and flat fee rates are available for events such as Prayer Breakfasts', Men’s or Women’s gatherings and events less than a day in length. |
